Wielding a racquet on the tennis court can positively impact an individual and a community — for Life.

Tennis has been a gateway to a lifetime of experiences. Over the 10+ years of training with Coach Mo, I’ve been fortunate to play with some the greatest players including Pete Sampras and John McEnroe. These wonderful experiences and values learned on and off the court have been carried with me throughout my life.

Growing up playing tennis has taught me the independence and discipline that has propelled me through my careers. Coach Mo was a constant echo of these lessons. He is truly cut from a different cloth; in particular, his attention to technique and most importantly his ability to instill positive values and build lifetime relationships.

At this time of COVID-19, tennis has been shown to be a sport with some of the lowest transmission rates, and continues to allow people to be outside, be social, and maintain or built physical health.   More important, I do believe it will contribute to mental health as well, as the pandemic has been lasting for most of this year, and there appears to be no end in sight yet. Coach Mo’s Fun Intro to Tennis for adults program encompasses all the components one needs to remain healthy during these times: Physical Conditioning, safe social interaction with others, mental challenge of learning a new sport; all needed at these times to give people skills to cope during these trying times.

On a personal level, my family and I have known Coach Mo for 10 years as he has coached by children to be better tennis players, as well as better human beings. He is a great constant in their lives, and even though my daughter has moved on to college where she plays, she is always excited to come home and work with Coach Mo. This is a testament to his teaching, kindness, and the ability to create a long-lasting love for the sport of tennis.

I have been playing tennis with Coach Mo for over 2 years now and I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better coach. When you play tennis with Coach Mo, he allows you to enjoy the game whilst still making you work hard and enabling you to improve. He knows nearly every solution to questions and problems you have if you’re confused or why a certain technique is used, Coach Mo always has a logical answer for why it is done that way. Coach Mo is incredible at coaching tennis and he is also wonderful to have a conversation with.
