At this time of COVID-19, tennis has been shown to be a sport with some of the lowest transmission rates, and continues to allow people to be outside, be social, and maintain or built physical health.   More important, I do believe it will contribute to mental health as well, as the pandemic has been lasting for most of this year, and there appears to be no end in sight yet. Coach Mo’s Fun Intro to Tennis for adults program encompasses all the components one needs to remain healthy during these times: Physical Conditioning, safe social interaction with others, mental challenge of learning a new sport; all needed at these times to give people skills to cope during these trying times.

On a personal level, my family and I have known Coach Mo for 10 years as he has coached by children to be better tennis players, as well as better human beings. He is a great constant in their lives, and even though my daughter has moved on to college where she plays, she is always excited to come home and work with Coach Mo. This is a testament to his teaching, kindness, and the ability to create a long-lasting love for the sport of tennis.
